These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Self Care Labs, a DBA of Self Care Nationwide Management. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, or cosmetic. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Buyers must be qualified to handle research materials and are responsible for using them lawfully.
Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are open only to verified businesses and institutions. We may decline or close any account at our discretion.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown on partner price lists and confirmed on each invoice. Orders are accepted once payment terms are met.
Shipping & risk
Orders ship insulated. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the order is handed to the carrier. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
Because of storage requirements, opened or temperature-exposed products can't be returned. Lots that fail their stated spec will be replaced or refunded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Self Care Nationwide Management is organized.
